I remember walking to your apartment and hanging with you while you were pregnant with Ciara. You got me hooked on Old Navy and you put me on to Sazon. I fell in love with your mom's cooking and couldn't wait to be invited for a meal. I remember you decorating Ciara's room, I also remember the night you went into labor. I was at work and the next thing I knew they were telling me I had to go cause you were in labor, so I jumped in my truck and took you and Mrs. Reyes to the hospital. That pic of you in the hospital bed holding Ciara, I took that picture along with many others. I remember saying to you and your mom after seeing you give birth that I wasn't having any kids and not even a week later found out I was pregnant. You and you mother had a good laugh at that. You threw my Baby Shower which was awesome. I also remember meeting Anthony we went to Applebee's and he was making fun of my shirt which I borrowed from you lol. I spent a lovely Christmas with your family in NY, the first time I have ever had fried Spam, it was good though. I hate that I didn't know you were sick and I hate it even more that I found out too late. I think about you and your family a lot and I truly miss you. Dearest Tiana I am sitting here typing you this note because as always you continue to watch over everyone that has come in contact with your little angel who I call my little Princess and YES who I miss so very much.  I know it has been some time since I have come on the site but as God knows and yes I know you know too  that I will not ever forget any of you your family has become a big part of my family.  They are still just around the corner well ok a little further but will all be together again one day soon.  I just want to say I love you and do think of you always I have to ask if you and God could please keep watching over Krista as she continues to go through her struggles but she is such a strong one ask your mom and dad she thanked me the other day for letting her go to the movies and to a birthday party I said Krista your an adult and she says yes mom but I am your baby and I said yes you are and will always be thats why I say life will never be taken for granted as we all will read this just continue to love each other and know that we are all familiar no matter what.  I love you sweet Angel up above. Today we wait for the lights to turn on And just sit loving our family's bond. Today we just watch the wind fly under us picking us up like a kite Today we just stand and we are the army and we fight. Today we grab stars and lay out on the moon and think of a tasteful food and see it on a golden spoon. Today we lay on grass and pick flowers as they grow like a sun arising from below. Today we do things like get up and go. Dive with adrenaline and land in the bottom of the beach at Hawaii. Fly to Disney world ride all the amusement rides Win every prize. Today we just sit on the edge of the earth And watch the brown areas transform into spots of beautiful turquoise green Never go to sleep because we already live a dream. Never hide from anything because nothing in life is ever scary Except your brother's nose because it completely hairy. Jump high because the sky is the limit and grow to be giants because we weren't brought up to be timid. Just do things because we never procrastinate. Anticipate in only strength because it's the easier way to say we have power than to actually have it. So anticipate strength like it's a handful of pixie dust because today life is just about them you me... and us. Today is dispersing reaching to all the parts of this world. I just want to Thank God that he allowed me the opportunity to attend Boot Camp with you from Jan 97 - Apr 97 and was blessed to serve with you on our first ship together the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN 69.  I had lost contact with you around 2005 and now I know why God has blessed my life so much from 2006 until now and it's because you are an Angel watching over me and everyone that you ever met in your 30 years on earth.  I wish I would have had one last laugh with you or had a chance to say good bye before you went on to do God's work in heaven but I now know that all the laughs that are imposed on my face now will be of all the memories that we shared.  Thank You Tiana Nadine Reyes for being a awesome friend and inspiration to me I know that I shouldn't be sad but it's just so hard for me to face reality that you are gone.
